Hair Care During Menopause |
A women menopause is that phase of a woman’s life when there
are lots of hormonal changes. An average menopausal age is 48-50 years
old. The production of certain hormones is reduced whereas some are
produced in excess, this imbalance leads to hair and skin disorders.
The hair starts thinning, scalp gets dry and some woman might face
alopecia. This hormonal disturbance makes the skin dry and lifeless.
And if a woman takes no menopause treatment it can turn into a disaster.
Extreme care should be taken during this phase to counter the lack of
vital nutrition. Woman usually suffers hair loss due to various
deficiencies like deficiency of iron, zinc and calcium, additionally
anemia drains the body and causes hair loss. Around 40% of woman world
over face this problem. There is hope for those who suffer from this
condition, though it is a common problem but there are prescription

apart from the above mentioned remedies. All these tips may
become a really effective "menopausal formula" to save
your exterior.
